“I first started training with Scott during my pregnancy. It was important to me to stay active during my pregnancy but not over do it.  Because I had a high risk pregnancy, I wanted to make sure that I found the right balance for my workout.  Scott was extremely patient with me during my pregnancy and modified the movements to ensure that I was safe.  Even though I sometimes felt that I could do more, Scott stressed the importance of moderation during the pregnancy.  Each workout, we started with a dynamic warm up series that was geared to gradually stimulate your major body parts.  We also included low weight, high repetition drills to increase my range of motion in my back  (which would get stiff during my pregnancy).  After I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, I resumed my workouts with Scott. Scott again modified our basic workout until I was fully recovered from my c-section.  I really enjoy working out with Scott.  He has a variety of workouts so that you don't get bored.  The medicine ball workouts are my favorite (even though my legs are screaming afterwards).  Also, don't let those wimpy rings fool you... The agility rings look easy but the workouts that Scott puts together really kick butt (literally)!!!”
